I am looking for a female, professional roommate to share my upper-level, loft two-bedroom apartment located on Welch Road, 5 min of biking distance from campus. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with brand new beds and mattresses. There are four closets and two full bathrooms. The size of the entire apartment is 900 sq ft. The rental price for a master bedroom is $1500. The utilities (internet, electricity, and rental insurance - from $100 to $150 a month total) will be shared too.
Full credit check is required as part of the application process.
The room is available between December 1, 2017 - July 1, 2018. If you would like to live int the apartment longer, the summer rental price will be negotiated.
