Located next to Walmart, Target, and San Antonio shopping center. Excellent school district (Los Altos). The current occupant (female) use only one bedroom, and will leave in 1-2 month, so the lease can be taken over after that (~2450/month). The furniture can stay if necessary. Prefer female and somebody being cautious of the pandemic. The current tenant only commutes between home and work at Stanford.
