A room is available for rent (lease take over from April to August and renew to next year).

The condo itself is ~1080 sqft. Private bathroom. It is situated in a great Palo alto redwood community. A corner (3rd floor) unit. Big balcony (accessible through the room) looking into the courtyard. The unit also includes w/d and dishwasher. It is a very peaceful location with a view of your own little forest.

I have lived here with the current roommate for 1.5 years. I am moving to the city so my room (and half the lease) is available for the takeover. The roommate is interested in staying for at least one more year after August so he would like the candidates who are interested in staying longer. He graduated from Stanford MS in 2012 (in the late 20s) and works for a startup in Redwood city.

Community: gated community, one covered parking spot reserved, ClubHouse, pool, sauna, jacuzzi

Must have a good credit score (> 720) and should be able to provide the proof of income.

We are ok with couples as well as a single person. For couples, rent might be slightly higher and can be negotiated with the roommate.
