$1070 rent + $60 utility / month.

The 1st floor is living and dining room, kitchen, the 2nd floor is two bedrooms and bathroom. Include our own parking lot and a small back yard. Quite and safe neighborhood. Plenty of street parking.

You will be living with a single male Stanford School of Medicine employee. I hope you are a single male, don't smoke, no pet (realty company doesn't allow), considerate for others, and have regular work hours. Minimum 6-month stay.

离学校奥很近的房子，开车到学校5分钟的路程。骑车也就15分钟左右。两室一厅中的大卧室出租。卧室在二楼，一楼有厨房和客厅。另一间卧室住的是医学院的男生博后，也希望找中国留学生或者博后或者访问学者合租。1月4号起可以入住。
