I have rented a furnished studio 2 miles from campus (within Biking distance) a week ago. However, I was informed that I was offered on-campus housing and so, I would like to sublet the place from now till Nov. 11. You have the option of staying there for a longer time if you like. The rent per month is 1100 all included. You will pay for the portion of the month you are there. there is parking and laundry and internet on site.
