I have rented a studio cottage a week ago which is 2 miles away from campus (biking distance). I was informed that I was offered on-campus housing and hence need to find someone who takes over. The rent is $1100/month all included. The studio is furnished, however, there is not full kitchen though there is what I would call a half kitchen (i.e., Microwave, Hot plate, sink, etc). The lease will be month to month and there is $1100 refundable deposit upon move. for the first month you prorate and pay the rent till Nov. 11 since I have already paid the first month rent.
