Hi! I'm a recent Stanford alum living in Palo Alto, looking for a flexible part-time or full-time role as a Personal Assistant or Home Administrative Assistant. · I can take the day-to-day logistics off your plate, including: • Scheduling, calendar management, and email • Booking appointments, travel, and reservations • Paperwork, bills, and organizing documents and files • Local errands such as groceries, pharmacy pickups, packages, and returns • Household projects and vendor coordination • Tech help, or tutoring if you have kids. I speak Spanish, Portuguese and German and happy to be a language partner. · I previously worked as an assistant to a Stanford professor, managing his calendar, inbox, and daily logistics for about a year. I've also worked with families at an ed-tech startup, so I'm comfortable building trust and communicating clearly. I'm organized, dependable, and discreet, and I'm happy to provide references. · I'm available Monday-Friday (9am- 5pm) and flexible on schedule. Hello, I am Kelly 3rd year medical student living at Oak Creek apts. I'm looking to make some flexible extra cash and open to several odd jobs to pay off school / taxes this year. · Skills - Tutoring/childcare experience with children ages 3-15. I'm from NYC grew up with big dogs raised from puppies, pitbulls, germ shep/husky tons of energy. Responsible with pets/kids and early riser 7/8am back at home by 5-6pm.
