e have a Frigidaire Energy Star 8,000 BTU 115V Window-Mounted Mini-Compact Air Conditioner w/ Temperature Sensing Remote Control ($230 + $60 shipping on Amazon), plus a hand-crafted and painted outdoor stand that lets the air conditioner be braced on the back patio brace for EV lowrise units. We built a perfectly fitting brace, and painted it to match the paint exactly on the EV lowrise units.

We also have a perfectly cut piece of plexiglass to fill the window, and hand-crafted window fittings to make the air conditioner look great!

We are asking $200 for the air conditioner and hand-made brace, plexiglass, and window fitting. An extra $30 for installation if you aren't up for setting it up (It takes about 30 minutes)
