It is Allen Sports Premier trunk mounted rack for two bikes, model S-102. The bike rack is new in original packaging. Bought originally on Amazon, never used because does not fit my car, but I learned it only after the return window closed. I attached a pic from Amazon, a screenshot from the manufacturer's website, and two photos of the actual rack in its original packaging - one of them contains the full list of compatible cars.
