Hi all I am a female PhD student at Stanford seeking for a furnished room with access to a kitchen and washer and dryer starting early October. The location should be close to a bus stop or Caltrain because I do not drive. About me I am tidy, easy going and respectful of shared spaces. I like to relax at home, cook on the weekends or hangout with friends during my free time. Home/apartment should be strictly smoke free and pet free. Housing details My move in date preference is early October starting from the 3rd but I can be flexible around it and move later depending on the room availability. My budget is <$1700 including utilities. I do not mind if people living in the space are of mixed gender and I am open to share bathroom but preferably with only female identifying person. Hi all, Our landlords recently sold our building, and it will be demolished, so our family will need to find a new home in the coming months. We're hoping to find a nice 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment that would work well for our family with two kids. Ideally we would love to stay in central Menlo Park or within the MPCSD area, and are hoping to find something family-friendly and reasonably priced that will become available in the next few months.
