Location: redwood city, 10 min walking distance from downtown and the caltrain station

When: ideally close to start of feb, but I can be flexible

Setup: perfect home for hosting and cozy nights in! kitchen, living room, in unit laundry, street parking, long driveway, garage for storage, security system, ev charger, solar panels, big backyard with garden/greenhouse. my previous roommate is taking their furniture, so we can decorate and fill the space together

Rent: $2k per month excl utilities

About me: respectful, clean, friendly. pretty quiet on weeknights because work gets busy, but i am naturally extroverted. on weekends, i love going out with friends to concerts, bars, or day trips exploring the bay. i'm trying to work on my fitness more this year! i love gardening, pottery, volunteering, and hosting events. i host 2-3 events per year in the home (like an annual friendsgiving and galentines day) and am super happy to cohost and/or give you heads up.

pets: i have two cats, momo and bibi. they love people!!
