The apartment (the top unit in a duplex) features four bedrooms, a comfy living room, large and beautiful kitchen, shared garden and roof-top access, in-unit washer & dryer, and dishwasher. You will be sharing the space with three 20-something professionals (two females and one make) who work in tech sales, HR, and land development. During the week, we keep it pretty quiet and are out and about on the weekends. We are respectful of others, keep the place tidy, and like to get to know our roommates over an occasional glass of wine or beer.

Located a few blocks from Dolores Park & the 16th St. Bart station -- it's close to all of the restaurants, bars and fun of the Mission. Super close to Bi-Rite, Whole Foods, Safeway and most importantly Tartine Bakery. Utilities are additional and split among the housemates.
