We are looking for a new roommate(s) in a 4-bed, 2-bath Mountain View home.
IMPORTANT STUFF

• Rent: $1475/month (if a couple - pays $100 extra)
• Security Deposit: $1,100
• Available: April1st, 2019 (one year lease)
  ROOM/BATHROOM DETAILS:
• ~225 sqft with closet.- Private bathroom
• Private entrance in the back, connected to a nice backyard with a gardening corner!
• Full kitchen amenities and access
• Common area with large TV and Roku, plenty of storage space (it's almost excessive)
• Utilities are split evenly among tenants – about ~$70/mo.
  -The house is in a residential neighborhood right behind Google X, off of Nita/San Antonio. Neighborhood is quiet, no noise from traffic or neighbors. It's a great place for hosting although we haven't taken advantage of that yet. We're super close to:
• 1-min walk to Google X
• 5-min drive or 15-min walk to San Antonio Shopping Center, with Trader Joe's, Safeway, various restaurants, 24-fitness
• ~5 min walk to San Antonio Caltrain station (our roommate walks to the 6:29am train every morning)
• ~8-min drive to Downtown Mountain View (Castro St.)

PEEPS:
You'd be sharing a house with one guy, two gals, ages ranging from mid-late twenties to early thirties. Everyone is super cool. We each tend to have our own thing going during the day. In the evenings, there are usually a few of us at home and we'll often hang out in the living while making dinner or join each other for a TV show.

OTHER NOTES:

• No pets
• Non-smoking
• Respectful
