Seeking awesome roommate to share our Sunnyvale home!

Room available March 4th! $1,270 covers the cost for a private room--utilities are split.

Everyone in the house shares kitchen utensils, common areas, and bathrooms (unless you grab the master bedroom). We find that sharing of common areas has never been a problem as everyone is very considerate of others.

We live in a peaceful neighborhood, have a peaceful home, off-street parking, communal washer and dryer, plenty of room for gardening and enjoying outside. Just 5 minute drive to NASA, 10 minute drive to Google and Castro Street. Minutes from 24 Hour Fitness, Sunnyvale Community Center Park, and the El Camino Real freeway, Safeway.
