Room available April 1st! $1,590 covers the cost for a private room--utilities are split.

Everyone in the house shares kitchen utensils, common areas, and bathrooms (unless you grab the master bedroom). We find that sharing of common areas has never been a problem as everyone is very considerate of others.

We live in a peaceful neighborhood, have a peaceful home, off-street parking, communal washer and dryer, plenty of room for gardening and enjoying outside. Just Facebook, Stanford, Palo Alto Downtown, Menlo Park Downtown, Palo Alto golf course, San Francisquito Creek Trl.
