Working and living area: 1 Desk with 2 desk chairs, 1 Sofa, 3 bookshelves,
Kitchen: 1 breakfast bar with 4 stools, four-burner electric stove with full-size oven, 1 fridge, bookshelves.
$1400/month, including high-speed internet connection and utility (Negotiable).
