The monthly rent is 1300 including utility fee. The place is very close (5 mins walking) to San Antonio shopping center (Walmart, Safeway, T-mobile et al). There is a free shopping express bus stop at San Antonio shopping center which drives to Stanford University. The apartment is very close to train station (5 mins walking). The train is free to Stanford Postdoc. Overall it is very convenient to Stanford University if you stay in this place. If
