Your Role:
Lead our application development team in designing and implementing innovative app solutions to integrate with our AI solutions. We are looking for a leader with full-stack development experience who can effectively break down APP devop goals, plan and execute projects, and drive the continuous iteration and optimization of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture Design: Responsible for the architectural design of the application, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of the architecture.
- Team Goal Decomposition: Break down long-term and short-term SDE team goals based on the company's strategic direction, ensuring that team members understand and actively participate.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop reasonable project timelines (DDL) and coordinate team members to complete tasks at each stage on time.
- Product Iteration and Optimization: Continuously iterate product features and optimize user experience based on market feedback and user needs.
- Technical Guidance and Support: Provide technical guidance to the team, solve key issues in the development process, and ensure project quality and progress.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical implementations are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience in APP development, proficient in cross-platform development (iOS/Android).
- Over 3 years of full-stack development capability, familiar with both front-end and back-end technology stacks and cloud server deployment.
- Excellent project management skills, able to plan time and resources effectively.
- Strong team leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt and drive projects forward in a rapidly changing environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in managing and launching APPs in start-up companies from the ground up.
- Interest in AI products and experience in planning and launching AI products.
