Sofa and love seat in good condition for sale. Medium tan color. No sagging, or surface stain, thoroughly cleaned. The love seat has barely been sit in.
Used in non-smoking household with cats so there are some cloth tears at two corners of the love seat. Nothing major, but noticeable.
Sofa and love seats are located around north San Jose area, ~25min driving from Stanford campus. You probably need to rent a U-haul for picking them up. Happy to help loading them on your truck.
