My partner and I are renting a 2-bedroom house in Evergreen Terrace, right across El Camino from campus, and looking for a roommate or two to fill the second bedroom. It can be rented alone or as a pair, and pets are fine as well. The room is unfurnished and has a small walk-in closet. It should fit a double bed and a dresser of some sort.

About us - we're Maia and Neil, 22 and 23, respectively. I'm an undergrad coming back from a leave of absence overseas, looking to go to med school after college. Neil is starting classes at Foothill College. We're pretty laid-back people, looking to have a communal house where we all live and spend time together. If you prefer having separate lives and just occupying the same space, this probably isn't the best arrangement. We can usually be found watching Netflix and having a few beers at home, making good food and hanging out.

About you - respectful of common space, open and communicative, drama-free. We cook a lot, so if you're a fan of experimenting with food and sharing meals, that's a huge plus. You're also cool with sharing household cleaning duties and communal expenses.

Move-in date is August 15, but there's some wiggle room. Reply with a bit about yourself, particularly what your living habits are like. Let us know what your favorite drink is and which TV show you can't stop watching.
