I am a Stanford graduate student looking to share a great house located in the College Terrace neighborhood. I am a 30-year-old male in the EE PhD program with lots of outdoor, athletic, and tech interests. The room available has its own entrance, a bathroom in the hallway, and gets tons of light.

Rent: $1750/month + utilities
Lease period: 6/15/2017 to 6/1/2018. Can be extended.
