I’m subleasing out my room on campus in an EVGR C premium two-bedroom two-bath for autumn quarter. Rent is the graduate housing rate set by Stanford: $2,039/month.
It is located on Stanford campus in the Escondido Village Graduate Residences, EVGR C (726 Serra St, Stanford, CA 94305). The place is fully furnished and has a kitchen with appliances you’re welcome to use. The room has a desk, office chair, and bed, and is attached to a private bathroom. My roommate and I are both female, law/CS PhD students. You’ll be living with my roommate. We’re looking for a subletter who’s friendly, clean, and courteous! You’re also welcome to use my bike to get around campus in exchange for taking care of it in my absence :)
Move-in/out dates are flexible, can move in as early as September 9th and move out as late as January 2nd (with preference for a quarter-long subletter).
