My housemates and I graduated in Computer Science a few years back from Stanford and we are all founders of Venture Capital funded startup companies in Silicon Valley. We are looking for a 4th, potentially 5th housemate. We prefer longer term housemates, but we can also work with shorter terms. Longer term may include a small discount in rent. The rent will be $2150 with estimated $150 in utilities for total of $2300. We might give you a small discount if you plan on staying more than 9 months. We may need a 5th housemate as there is an extra room. Only one person per room. If you want to live in a large, luxurious home in Palo Alto that is close to everything, yet secluded. This house is located at the end of a private lane. It has very easy access to I-280. Your bedroom will have a view of our nicely landscaped backyard. The bedroom you'll be sharing has been remodeled recently. The downstairs is also very spacious. The kitchen has a large center isle for easy food prep.
