My room in Lyman Graduate Residences will be available for sublease from April 10 till June 1. This graduate residence is on the west side of the Stanford campus, within walking distance to the Engineering School, Med School, and the new gym.

Open to Stanford affiliates ONLY (grad students, post-docs, visiting scholars, etc.)

Room details:

• Single room / extra-long twin bed
• NEW very comfortable mattress (not the mattress originally provided by housing)
• Big closet: you will have at least half of it for your own use.
• Drawers and desk
• I will provide linens and towels

Apartment:

• 2 bedroom / shared bath
• Male roommate (very nice guy)
• Big living room with plenty of storage space
• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, utensils, etc.)

Rent + fees (all included):

• Monthly: $1200
• Weekly: $400
