I’m looking for someone to take over my spot on a lease or sublet my room. It’s a 2b/2b so each person has their own bathroom. Your housemate would be a female postdoc.
The place is really nice, spacious/modern with lots of sunlight. Please note that no pets are allowed.
The current lease is until July 2026. I'm looking for someone who can move in Jan/Feb 2026 but specific date is flexible/we can prorate the rent depending on when you want to move-in. Female housemates only!
