Our house is looking to rent out one of our singles. It's a nice room in a quiet area for a good deal. The room has wood-paneled floors and has its own closet.

We are leasing a picturesque home with an abundance of space, which includes a three-car garage (plus unlimited street parking), gardens as well as two living rooms and dining areas.

We are on the border of Palo Alto and Los Altos. Our neighborhood is quiet and scenic. We have a great location adjacent to VMware, Tesla, 280, Stanford University, Gunn High School, Safeway, L&L and Page Mill Road. It's a 15-20 minute bike ride to Stanford on the Gunn bike path.

Logistics

• You can move in anytime (the sooner the better).
• We can do short-term rentals but prefer longer-term rentals. This is because you would need to sign onto our lease to rent the room. However, if you choose to leave early you can, as long as you find a replacement.
• No pets are allowed.
• Utilities are not included in the listed rent. They run between $400 and $800 a month and are split evenly among all 7 in the house.
