Hello! I am a Stanford Alumna from the School of Education in my 30s searching for a female roommate for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Menlo Park near Santa Cruz Ave to start on September 1st. Rent is $1375! Utilities range from $70-100. It's spacious and has a lovely balcony. It's also 10 mins walking to the Menlo Park Cal Train Station. Preference if roommate has a nice personality, is clean, has values, and can do a minimum of a one year lease. If you have a boyfriend, I'm open to him visiting, but no sleeping over out of respect.
