The lakehouse is a 3 bed, 2 bath house located in Emerald Hills, and is an awesome property (it really is right on the water).

House has a spacious living area, fully stocked kitchen (all surfaces are in stainless steel), working fireplace, patio, TV, couches, wifi, A/C, laundry in-unit, 3 parking spots, and lake access + boat. It has easy access to Redwood City Caltrain and Stanford is 15 minute drive/30 minute bike ride. There is a Safeway, Whole Foods, and Sanchos all under 10 minutes away.

Monthly rent is $5,000 and includes all utilities, cable, and wifi included. A security deposit (1 month's rent) and passdown fee for furniture and furnishings are required.
