• $1800/month for private bedroom in this 2 bedroom apartment. Price includes utilities + internet. Month to month rent is fine.
• Move in date: flexible, but preferably Feb 1

• Full-function kitchen with dish washer
• Shared bathroom, living room and dining room
• Literally steps away from Presidio Park Trails and Baker Beach

About me:

• 29 years old, female. No pets. No live-in significant other.
• Stanford grad BA 2011, MPP 2016
• Highly active; I race road bikes.
• I work in SOMA (SF)
• 8/10 cleanliness
• Most important to me is 1) Having a quiet home at night. Except it's nice to have people over for dinner/party ~ once a month, and 2) Open communication
