This is a well run and managed complex with easy access to the 880, 101, and 280. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. SJC Airport, Santa Clara University, Downtown San Jose are all a very short drive away! Also easy public transportation access.

CLEAN! Individual or couples welcome($1200/month for single occupancy $1400/month for double occupancy. Plus utilities, which are shared monthly and include: wireless internet, cable TV, PG&E, water, garbage, &sewer). NO PETS. No tobacco smoking. 420 friendly as long as its outside on the(spacious) patio. Have a solid income(proof may be requested). Be respectful of the apartment and shared spaces. Clean up after yourself. Do your share of chores and clean up of the apartment. Good communicator. Ideally, a quiet person. If you've ever been evicted -- don't contact us. We are really looking for a roommate/roommates that are responsible(in life and financially) and zero trouble.
