We are moving to New York City in July and are looking for someone to take over the lease on our gorgeous (and newly renovated) 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. The new lease would run from this July to July 2017.

The apartment complex has two pools, a spa, (one pool and the spa pictured here) a gym, club house, reading room, and pingpong table. Our apartment is about 570 sq ft, hardwood floor with carpet in the bedroom, walk-in closet, and washer/dryer in-unit. We also live right next to the pool. We're paying about 2600/month in rent. 15 minute drive from campus, 10 minute (slow) bike ride from either Mountain View or Sunnyvale Caltrain.
