I am a postdoc at Stanford. My wife and I have been living with two of my (male) friends in this 3 bedroom 4 bathroom house. I am leasing the room since we are leaving for new jobs at Berkeley. The house is in a very quiet area and it is ideal for people who work at Stanford (or San Mateo area) and appreciate the nature.

The master bedroom is spacious with two large closets, a private storage room, full bathtub, and standing shower. We can rent it furnished or unfurnished.

Rent is $1800, plus $20 for internet, plus utilities. Utilities (electricity, gas, sewer, garbage) have been around $65 per person in the hot summer months and up to $85 in the cold winter months.
