I am looking to sublet my room in an apartment complex during spring quarter (April - June). Rent (including all utilities, etc.) is $1350. The apartment is just off of Sand Hill Road across from Stanford Hospital.

The room will of course be furnished: desk, bed, shelves, drawers. The best part is the bed. It's a queen Tempurpedic that I would be bringing with me to the East Coast were it not prohibitively expensive to do so. The room is an average size bedroom with two East facing windows and a sizable closet. The rest of the house is plenty large for its three occupants and has lots of storage space. The first floor includes kitchen, dining room, and living room with a large flat screen and cable. The bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, and small guest quarters are upstairs. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. My roommates are two fantastic, friendly, and clean anesthesiologists. Really, they're very considerate and incredibly easy to live with.

Other than my awesome roommates, the perks of living in the complex include plenty of free parking, two heated outdoor pools and hot tubs, and a really nice gym.
