This is a furnished sublet for July but it can be extended monthly thereafter. The room is open and free indefinitely!

Sublet ready for move in immediately or July 1, whenever you'd like 
Can be extended for as many months as you would like to stay 

Rent is $800 for July (pro-rated depending on move-in date) plus utilities (less than $50 monthly)
