I am so sad to be leaving this place because this apartment has been perfect (I'm pursuing an adventure and living abroad next year!). It's an 8 minute walk to the Mountain View Caltrain Station/VTA Rail/downtown area (Castro Street). I take the train every day to work (Stanford). There is also a Safeway around the corner (3 minute walk). It's a 10-15 minute bike ride to Google via Stevens Creek Trail. Just a few minutes drive from highways 101, 85, and 237.
The master bedroom is opening up. Rent for this room is ~$2,400; therefore, we are particularly interested in couples (or friends who want to room together, or single people who are willing/able to pay this rent on their own).
We need roommates who are willing to finish the lease until it ends in mid-September. Our ideal candidate(s) would also want to renew the lease in September for another year. Earliest move-in date would probably be around mid-July.
The master bedroom includes a beautiful private bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. It also includes its own private balcony and 2 closets.
The kitchen was refurbished last year, so everything in it is new – beautiful marble counter tops, electric stove, etc. There is also another lovely balcony (I have enjoyed many weekend breakfasts there) overlooking a peaceful "water feature."
Also includes access to the apartment complex's pool and hot tub. (YES!)
There is also 1 garage space (starting in September, for an extra fee) and 1 outdoor parking space (starting in July, also for a small extra fee). There is also plenty of free street parking.
Roommates are 2 awesome guys who graduated from Stanford a few years ago and now work at Google and Apple.
