The house is loft style, with spacious bedroom upstairs and kitchen/living room/bathroom downstairs. You'll be a 5 minute walk from all that Mission street has to offer, a 15 minute walk from 24th street BART, and a less than 5 minute drive from both 101 and 280. There are two grocery stores and other small markets all within convenient walking distance.
We are subletting our home from July through September since we will be traveling during that time. The house is beautifully furnished and we are looking for a respectful individual to take care of the place and enjoy everything the neighborhood has to offer during this time.
