The studio is in a separate building from the main house with complete privacy. The studio has it's own bathroom and basic kitchen (no oven). Overnight guests are totally fine. The studio is furnished with a bed (only the bed, no sheets, pillows, etc), a freestanding open closet, desk, etc.

There is safe parking on the street 24/7.
