We have decided to part from our really nice house in Menlo Park. We are four Stanford GSB students that got this house passed down to us from previous classmates. It's been kept within the GSB community.

• A modern kitchen with a big refrigerator, granite tops, dishwasher and gas stove

We even applied our negotiation skills and lowered the current rent to $7,000 for next year (it was an exercise for a class).
