We're a super friendly & fun home of looking for a single roommate to fill the 4th private bedroom in an Inner Richmond 4bd/1.5 bath ASAP, no later than Dec 1. If interested, fill out the form at the bottom/reach out through email!

On the room: This is a slightly bigger room with a beautiful big window and a closet. Plenty of wall space as well! Facing our backyard on the third floor of the house so little to no street noise. You can easily fit a queen size bed with the matching furniture, and we do have some storage space in the home for things like suitcases! It's a home so the accompanying kitchen, living room, sunroom and backyard are very nice! You'll be able to see the room & house in-person or through video before moving in.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Cat and dog friendly
• Wants to get to know us/be friendly
• Clean, quiet and respectful
• Has fun but not a party animal
• No couples, roommate pairs or live-ins

Move-in is:

• ASAP, dec 1 at the latest
• Preferred earlier than later!!!
• $1350/month with prorated first months rent
• Can provide proof of income (offer letter, paystubs, parent's info), student ID if you're currently enrolled, and credit report for the financially-responsible party.
• 6 month minimum stay, hopefully with the intention of staying longer (current lease ends Aug 2020)

We're a group generally laid back young women (21-23) who enjoy cooking & socializing with each other. We aren't too picky on who you are, just want someone who meshes well with the house! We're looking forward to getting to know you better, and look forward to reading your responses!
