Looking for 1-2 female roommates for a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom apartment in Palo Alto (10 min drive from campus!). Short term sublet~move in ASAP until September 10th. $1250 per person per month for two people to share the master bedroom (with private bathroom). $1750 to occupy as a single. Includes utilities!

The building is on a beautiful property--there are trees, a pool, and a sports/gym pavilion overlooking the grounds. My favorite part is the top floor of the building open to tenants--a giant penthouse w/ wrap-around terrace and 360º views of the mountains and the bay. There's on street parking, laundry right down the hall, a terrace, open kitchen, and a person who attends the lobby which is really nice/safe. Message me details.
