This is an amazing deal for a big private room! This room has a private entrance and shares a bathroom with 1 more person in the house. You'll be living with 3 other roommates (2 male and 1 female). One of the roommates own a cat. Of course, shared kitchen and living room.

Utilities are $40-60/month.
Security deposit is $1,800 (payable to the person leaving). You are not tethered to a lease, just find the next person whenever you want to move out.
I'm also selling my furniture to whoever rents it for $400 (this is a must in order to rent the room).
