Hey potential roommate! We are looking for new roommates for our funky Atherton home. Its a really neat setup with a great pool in the backyard. Its in a fantastic location (9 minute drive to stanford). We are looking for cool, interesting, and respectful housemates to join our house culture and community. Move in Date - April 25

Location: In the prestigious Atherton community. A short 9 minute drive/20 min bike to Stanford, 23 min bike/11 minute drive to Facebook, and close enough to the major freeways/roads (el camino, 280, 101) to make it convenient for anyone commuting. Its also very close to downtown Palo Alto, which has a lot of bars.
In unit washing machine and Dryer. Multiple refrigerators. Driveway spots & garage spots available.

The rooms: 2 Rooms left at $1415 and $1600. The room at $1600 has its own private bathroom

Roommates:Culture and community are important to us. You will be living with respectful and like-minded young professionals, mostly working at Stanford or other local tech companies, who want to work hard and have a place to relax and socialize at home. This house has a great group with 2 residents at stanford, a startup gal working for an international startup launching in PA, a programmer working at logitech across the bay, and another startup guy working locally.

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama-free :) We give bonus points to high achievers :)
We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don’t like living in the house. Because this house has such large grounds, we expect the group here will want to host parties and bbqs more frequently than our average house.

Logistics: Sign a 6 month lease originally with a 45 day trial period in case its not a good fit. Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens is ready.
