I have a little dog (a pug) named Ella. She doesn't bark, is 100% house-trained and very sweet but being tolerant of living with a dog around is important

The bedroom is unfurnished, good sized, has organized closet space and faces the backyard so there is a lot of privacy

Rent is 1,300.00 a month and the lease is month to month
