Included in rent are the utilities, high speed Wi-Fi internet, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, bicycle storage, shared living room with fireplace, hardwood floors, beautiful garden with table and patio furniture and gardener.

The home is shared with a family, including two young children, ages 2 years and 4 years. We hope to find a tenant who is comfortable with the sounds and energy of children. Prefer female due to shared bathroom.

The home is in a safe, friendly neighborhood, and it is walking distance to shops, cafes, Philz cafe and Starbucks, restaurants and grocery stores. Quick bicycle or bus ride to Stanford.
