We're living an apartment in northern Sunnyvale and are looking for a new roommate. We're robotics researcher guys. You'll get your own room (about 13 feet square + closet) and share a restroom as well as a common space (kitchen, dining room, living room). The room is not furnished, but the common space is.

Move in date is June 1st, hard. You could start renting June 1st and move in later, but you'll start paying June 1st. You'll actually be added to the apartment lease (not a sublease). The lease is month-to-month (you can exit whenever) but we're looking for people who will stay for a long time to reduce the total number of roommate replacement events.

Laundry is in the apartment itself (free). There is street parking just outside the apartment. We're a 15 minute bike ride to both the Mountain View and Sunnyvale CalTrain stations, as well as Castro street and Sunnyvale downtown.

Rent will be $1200, plus around $60 for utilities including internet.
