A bedroom in a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is available to rent starting July 2023! Rent is $825, and is month to month. The apartment is located about 10-15 minutes from campus (drive or bike), and 2 minutes from the nearest CA-101 exit.

The whole apartment is furnished, and the person who takes my room can also keep some of the bedroom furniture upon negotiation. Start date for the lease is July 2023.
