• The monthly rent is $1050 and the room will be available Mar 15 or earlier if you wish to move in sooner.
• Move-in is first month, last month, and a deposit equal to one months' rent.
• The management company requires a lease application and charges $35 to run a credit check.
• We share utilities, water and trash, and Comcast internet.
