I'll be moving out of my apartment in mid-February and will need someone to take over my part of the lease. The room is in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse in Mountain View near 101. There's a washer and dryer in the apartment and plenty of parking. I'll be selling a bed, desk, and dresser as well if you're interested.

You'll be sharing the apartment with two other females in their 20's. Both work full time so the apartment is pretty quite most of the time.

Rent is $1055/month; utilities not included (usually are ~$80/month)
