We are looking for a new housemate for our amazing house in Menlo Park, just a 10min bike ride away from Stanford Hospital and 15min to campus.

Long-term or summer-only tenants accepted (price will be lower if you are staying for a long-term).

About the house:
1 room available in a 3B2B, you will be sharing the bathroom.
The house is located in Menlo Park, 10 min walk from the Caltrain Station and 5 min bike to Trader Joe's and Safeway.
The house is furnished; the available room is furnished with a bed, a desk and a chair (NOT THE SAME AS IN PICTURES). Can include an 8-drawer dresser if required for summer-only leases.
The house has a washer/dryer in the unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large dining table that sits 8 comfortably.
Has an ample living room area and a nice patio.

About the roommates:
A male grad-student from Peru in his late twenties and a male recent master's graduate from Italy in his mid-twenties. We are generally chill and easy-going, and we occasionally enjoy beers and board games or movies together. We like to keep the house clean and well-kept, but are OK with friends coming over for a couple of drinks (nothing too crazy, though).

Refundable deposit for 1-month rent (negotiable for summer-only lease).
Available in early July
