We're two guys, mid-20's, looking for a great roommate to move into one of the 3 master bedrooms starting 3/1. A Stanford grad and LMU grad who both work in the city, we're both active. We love this place (called this place home for a year and half) and have a great relationship with the landlords. This beautiful top-top floor flat is in the heart of the beautiful Nob Hill neighborhood, and the central location is perfect for getting anywhere in the city. We both work in the city and the FiDi is a short 15-min walk down the hill; 5 min (3 blocks) from Polk Street with tons of restaurants and nightlife, also 10 min walk to North Beach.
The 10 and 12 MUNI pick up every 15 min one street over on Pacific - get to SOMA/CalTrain in under 30 min.
